With beginning of 2015 trainers coaching without ETU Coach License will have to pay a fine for each tournament which will exceed the course fee.

In een nadere motivatie meldt de ETU het volgende:
Please be kindly informed of the following:
In the last year, WTF has made the WTF Gal cards for athletes and coaches, obligatory in every Championship (if it is a World or a sanctioned event). In this regard, if someone participates in an aforementioned Championship, has to hold the WTF License card.
On the other hand, the proposal of the ETU Coaches Seminars received the unanimous vote from ETU Council Meeting (Baku, 30/4/2014). This is a decision that was adopted for the utmost benefit of our sport, so the quality of the Coaches around Europe will be advanced.
Knowing that the Taekwondo Rules and Regulations are constantly changing and developing, the ETU Coaches Seminars will be a great opportunity to be always alert and enlightened of these developments.
