Begin september start World Taekwondo met een online Poomsae Coach cursus.
In deze cursus worden vele, voor poomsae coaches van belang zijnde, onderwerpen behandeld.
Na het met goed gevolg afronden van de cursus ontvangen de deelnemers een certificaat dat vanaf 1 januari 2025 een vereiste is om te mogen coachen op WT recognized/promoted Poomsae wedstrijden (de equivalent van de G-toernooien bij sparring).

WT Online Poomsae Coach Certification Course
WT will launch the “WT Online Poomsae Coach Certification Course” starting from the 2nd of September 2024.
The key principle of conducting “WT Online Poomsae Coach Certification Course”, is to strengthen the capacity of worldwide Poomsae Taekwondo coaches and also to certify qualified coaches to participate in WT Recognized/Promoted Poomsae International Competitions.
The conducting of the course is based on the “Regulations on the Administration of WT International Poomsae Coaches”.
Please note that from January 1, 2025, All Poomsae Coaches participating in WT Recognized/Promoted competitions must hold the valid WT Poomsae Coach Certificate.
Regarding administration of the course, the Global Membership System(GMS) Online Platform will be used for the registration and education.
